We hire selectively for deep technical leadership and project delivery roles aligned to active programmes.

Mission-critical design / build background strongly valued.
Multi-MW scale or high-density (AI / HPC) exposure is a plus.

Early Career / Graduates

Rotational exposure across power, thermal, modelling and site delivery. Mentored by senior engineers.

STEM degree (EE, ME, CE, CS, Energy, similar).
Data literacy (Python, modelling, analytics) desirable.
Fluent English; French or additional languages an advantage.

Internships / Industrial Placements

Short-term projects through ZFC Systems or in collaboration with ZFC Research (e.g., CFD benchmarks, energy modelling, automation scripts).
